"The
Air Training Corps (ATC) is one of the biggest and definitely the most
exciting youth organisation in the UK. Chigwell Squadron is a friendly
and close-knit unit and an ideal place to expand your horizons with the
Air Cadets.
If you join our Squadron you could get the chance to fly aerobatics,
visit Royal Air Force Stations, tour foreign countries, play sports
from local to international level, learn the skills to lead
expeditions, become a target shooting marksman, gain your Duke of
Edinburgh's Awards, achieve BTEC qualifications, canoe through white
water, join a band, learn about aviation, go caving, parachute, rock
climb, sail and Ski. As part of the Chigwell Air Cadets you will learn
all about team work and leadership skills which are both useful life
skills ....and, believe it or not, much more than that.
The Squadron is open to absolutely anyone aged between 13 and 18, So
